David is a counselling psychologist with over 15 years experience, mainly working with adult clients including those from diverse cultural backgrounds. He provides psychological counselling for a wide range of presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, trauma, grief and loss, and relationship issues. He also has extensive experience in vocational and workplace related issues.

David has a Masters in Counselling Psychology and has undertaken additional training in a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Gottman Couples Therapy. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) College of Counselling Psychologists and a board-approved supervisor.

David tailors his therapeutic approach to suit individual needs and goals in a safe, trusting, and non-judgemental space for all clients. When working with Christian clients, he seeks to integrate faith with psychological counselling where appropriate, to support clients to address issues within the context of psychology and their Christian faith.
